Since 2014, this project begun to love on the children of NK by providing daily bread (Korean steam buns) for 1,200 primary school children in 7-8 rural schools. The bread is produced daily by the 3 designated factory workers and distributed from a central food warehouse to the schools. The daily bread provides an essential meal for these children as they start their day. For many, it may be the most nutritious meal of the day.
Through regular follow up monitoring visits, our field workers assure accountability and cost-effectiveness in order to serve as many children as possible.
