1. Nature of Your Gift
All donations made through this page are voluntary charitable contributions. No goods or services are provided in exchange for your gift unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of donation.
2. Tax Deductibility
Be Together is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (EIN: 27-1483517). Donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your specific situation. The email receipt you receive after donating may serve as your official record for tax purposes.
3. Recurring Donations
If you choose a monthly recurring donation, your payment method will be charged automatically each month on the same calendar date as your first gift, until you cancel. You may cancel or modify a recurring donation at any time by contacting us at b2g.send@gmail.com. Changes take effect before the next scheduled charge if requested at least 5 business days in advance.
4. Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), please contact us within 30 days at b2g.send@gmail.com and we will review your request.
5. Payment Methods
We accept credit/debit card, Zelle, ACH/bank transfer, and check by mail. Card payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details.
For Zelle, ACH, and check donations, please allow 3–5 business days for us to confirm receipt and issue your donation receipt by email.
6. Use of Funds
Donations made toward a specific project or fund will be directed to that purpose to the extent possible. If a designated project is fully funded, has concluded, or is no longer active, Be Together reserves the right to redirect the gift to a similar program or its general fund, consistent with our mission.
7. Donor Privacy
We collect your name, email, and donation details solely to process your gift, issue receipts, and communicate with you about your support. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Anonymous Donations
If you select “keep my donation anonymous,” we will not publicly list your name in connection with this gift. We may still retain your contact information internally for receipting and record-keeping purposes.
